WHO IS A CANDIDATE FOR THE NEW PLATINUM PLAN?
The Platinum Plan adds tactics that can be very helpful for companies offering multiple services or which have multiple branches. We aim to improve their website’s ability to rank for all their services throughout their market areas.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE DISTINGUISHING FEATURES?
On our Platinum Plan, we can post directly to your Google Business Profile instead of just on Facebook. This is great for companies that offer HVAC or plumbing services and want to run short-term promotions. And for companies with multiple branches, the benefits will be significant as specials and promotions can be branch-specific.
Our strategies to boost rankings on Google are too numerous to mention here, but some significant tactics are worth pointing out. At the Platinum level, we will create what are known as “Power Pages.” These long-format, keyword-driven pages provide literally everything a customer would need to know about a particular topic (propane water heaters, fuel tanks, and Bioheat® fuel are some examples). This type of content takes a great deal of work but enables you to outperform competitors and drive a significant amount of traffic to your website. Additionally, Platinum sites may have as many as 20 keyword groups and market areas to promote products and services to the right audience. This approach can create thousands of keyword combinations to push the website to the top of Google rankings. Plus, we have added the newest Google tools like conversion tracking, content syndication, and citation building. We have even included YouTube channel optimization!
ARE ALL YOUR ONLINE SERVICES INCLUDED IN YOUR BUNDLES?
No. Our bundled plans cover the most important bases but not everything that’s possible online. For instance, we can help you with multi-channel employee recruitment campaigns, Google Display Ads, geofencing, retargeting, YouTube video ads, Facebook advertising, targeted prospect emails to curated lists, and much more.
WILL THE OTHER TIERS BE CHANGING?
Yes, we are always reformulating our offerings to keep pace with ongoing changes in the digital world. Google and Facebook are very different than they were ten years ago when we launched this program. Our updates aim to keep pace with those changes and will address other technical demands we see today.
ARE THE PRICES OF YOUR PLANS INCREASING?
No, the prices aren’t changing.
HOW DOES THIS AFFECT CLIENTS CURRENTLY ON PLANS?
The new plans went into effect on September 1. (Letters were sent prior to that to all our existing clients.) For all our current clients, this is an opportunity to review, in detail, exactly what is covered in your service. New for everybody will be an extensive list of available services that are offered “a la carte.” So, if you see services you would like to take advantage of, you will have the opportunity to either upgrade your plan to a level that includes them or simply add individual services to your existing plan. This is a much more flexible approach than we have had in the past. I think all our clients will appreciate it.
WHY ARE THESE CHANGES BEING MADE?
It’s time! We haven’t significantly updated our program since its inception almost a decade ago, and in the digital world, that is ancient!
